Before our team stepped in, this room featured aging, damaged vinyl tile containing asbestos, with exposed black mastic showing underneath. Oak Leaf Environmental safely sealed off the work area, established HEPA negative-air filtration, and carefully removed all remaining tile along with the underlying adhesive. As shown in the after photo, the room is now completely stripped straight down to the bare, smooth concrete—thoroughly cleaned, decontaminated, and ready for a fresh new floor!
