For this project, we installed a standard radon mitigation system to help reduce the home's radon levels and improve indoor air quality. At the homeoener's request, we used black PVC piping and routed the system along the back of the house to provide a clean, discreet appearance. The installation blended seamlessly with the home's exterior, and the customer was extremely happy with both the professional workmanship and the finished product.
Following a home radon test with extremely high results, Oak Leaf Environmental designed and installed a dedicated sub-slab depressurization system to safely exhaust soil gas above the roofline. In addition to radon mitigation, we enhanced the overall basement environment by installing a SaniDri Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system for complete air quality control. The entire project delivers a safer, healthier, and moisture-controlled living space for the homeowner.
The homeowner had purchased and installed the fan himself, so he wanted to verify it was functioning properly.
